The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the metro. Restaurant service needs improvement due to slow response times.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, a coffee shop, and 24-hour reception. The staff were fantastic, even helping me with taxi tips on my first visit. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, making my nights a bit uncomfortable. Also, I noticed there were limited power outlets in the room which caused some inconvenience.

Clean and comfortable room with daily towel changes. the staff provided exceptional service, especially at check-in. A highlight was the breakfast, featuring Danish pastries and a good variety of options. The neighborhood felt safe and relaxing, and the nearby metro made it easy to explore. However, there was a delay in room availability, and customer service could improve in such situations.
